Coming to VOD this August, the limits of survival are given the ultimate test in THE PIT, a horrifying survival drama from Midnight Releasing.

 

Danny (Lee Stroud) and Arron (Stacy Brown Jr.) are old friends who haven't seen each other in seventeen years. They decide to reunite for a hiking trip. But when they fall deep into a rocky chasm, they soon realize just how much the other has changed over the years as their isolation together threatens to annihilate the last vestiges of their hope and humanity.

 

Co-star Stacy Brown Jr. also writes and directs this intense thriller, which examines the true animal instincts of man when all hope is lost.

The Pit also stars Jessica Parker, Donnell Bobo, Vinny Evans, Christian Chapa, Svetlana Dashevskaya, Allison Brown, Evette Young, Lady Gaines, and Bryan E. Godier. Steven Stafford served as the producer on the film, which was a true labor of love for all involved.
